My Macbook Pro Retina display show don't have any stratup disk space

Hi friends I am using Macbook Pro Retina display 15 inch laptop.Just now I had started up,then the system shows don't have any start up disk space.My hard drive is 500gb.I don't have much program and files installed on it.I am using Adobe Creative Suite CS6 and FCP7.Please help me .............
