My Friend have sme problem to activate his Red User account

my friend Jerome ESPLA try to have is account activate, but since some month he has no answer.
He is an Red Epic user and Owner.
His user name is ESPLA could you please activate it ?

you need to talk to Jason Ramsey I believe (or any other mod). I think it may have to do with naming, RU requires real names are used, and been fighting a lot of spam lately...

I am also a real red user. I have a RED ONE Mysterium-X. I'm brand new to RED. I've owned it for a few months, but I can't get it to play nice with my editing system, so I haven't been able to use it for a shoot yet. Please let me know how to activate my account. I really need to get some questions answered. Thanks!
