My Bomb Squad Rep is Da Bomb

I just wanted to put this out there that Patrick Nissum, my bomb squad rep, was amazing.

This is my first time purchasing anything Red. Felt like I was coming into a cult of beliebers (not misspelled).

He was patient and thorough. He showed how serious my investment was and even during off hours spent extra time to make me feel comfortable.

I'm sure other bomb squad reps are just the same. I just wanted to put this out their in case his bosses are reading.

So far, the customer service I've dealt with has been amazing. A far expectation from what I remember when visiting Red's website when they first launched.... seemed like a scam.

So that's it. Not looking for anything.

My new rep, Marco, got stuck with me, so for that alone he needs a ShoutOut! He worked thru the delivery mess I threw at him today, and from "Yours is ready" email midday, to invoiced by end of day. And trust me, that was after tons of unknowns on where I was even going to be when my baby comes home.
