DISCLAIMER> I have NO affiliation with this company other than I absolutely LOVE this product!

Not sure how much you all have struggled lugging your iPad around and trying to hold it while standing
but this incredibly simple and GENIUS invention has saved my left arm!

And look at how cool the name is! Another CLUTCH that is a lot more affordable... I just tested them
and they are rock solid and now ready to ship. Ill be getting mine in a week or so and Ill post pics.

GROUP BUY BONUS: I have spoken to the company founders about a REDUSER Group Buy and they said if we get a min of 200 orders then people will have their
choice of a FREE Holster (I personally love this for freeing up hands on set) OR a FREE carrying case. both are a $30.00 Value. (Note ReEDUSER in notes when buying please and post here when ordered)

When you look at how expensive that stupid iPad "smart" cover is... this is a STEAL for $79.95! (domestic Buyers only at the moment they are working on taking foreign payments)
and especially so f we get to 200 units!

Here is a PIC of the FREE Holster which frees up your hands on set. The versatility of this is unprecedented. I surely can't be the only iPad user on here??:)

Well if I had the new ipad! I agree, this case is the best i've seen

believe me I have been shopping for MONTHS when I found this on Kickstarter of all places... I had been using a block that I velcro's do back of iPad
for using while standing. I posted the holster.. can you not see it in the advert? This stuff is very new and they just got inventory for shipping.

I'll make the suggestion on the 1/4 20's! They didn't design ith with filmmakers in mind but I can see these becoming standard on most sets
because the case also is VERY RUGGED rubber. It just makes sense thats why I told them id push this... and they offered the great group buy discount
so I hope we can get 200 ordered... even then Its bargain for retail compared to all the other JUNK out there.

Yeah, sorry, but I would not want to change the casing on my iPAD, which since the version 3 with Retina display, has become my primary method of showing any one any Frame Grabs or Videos in HD from Epic, and I would never carry that thing on my bag, I need it to be as flat as possible, this is why I got the MBA in the first place, and now the MBP 15" retina Display, I look for things to get smaller not bigger, and mostly needs to fit the iPAD itself like a Glove, no protruding elements to take up space, I guess I'll continue shopping... ;)

Here is a picture of the Holster.

Picture of Carrying Case

Holds Clutch, handle, 10 watt adapter, two iPads (or an iPad and Bluetooth keyboard), and additional elastic straps for miscellaneous cords. Padded ballistic nylon construction. It also has a padded divider to protect the iPad from the contents in the mesh utility pocket.

Ketch watch the VIDEOS...:)

the handle is removable and only for use when standing... with one hand as opposed to cradling it in your arm or getting fingers on screen. Otherwise its a just armor protection
for rugged use. This is greg until you drop it on the floor. I think this could handle a HUGE drop. But again THE HANDLE IS REMOVABLE and can be placed all over. WATCH THE VIDEOS PLEASE

Thanks James... yes there is an option between the holster for onset use or the nice carry case for more portable FLAT work like Ketch prefers.

But anyone who has to stand and hold an iPad. please show me a better option... Ive not seen one... :)

I like that product for resting my iPad on a surface, but for holding my iPad in my hand, I like my fingers flat against the back of the iPad. Handable is a great product that you may want to own as well.

That thing rubs your finger raw between your fingers. I tried it and returned it... and holding my iPad flat with left hand while typing or swiping is insanely clumsy and almost always results in a finger
on the screen from holding hand that prevents gestures. If you guys tried and saw this, the light will go on for on-set use.

I feel like a salesman for them ... but don't make a dime endorsing this... just really trying to stop the FUD created from not watching the product video. They have an orthopedic surgeon about
to give it an endorsement.

Here is a photo of the clutch handle inserted into the tripod adapter made for Clutch. The adapter holds the iPad securely and you can rotate the iPad. The Clutch can simply be lifted out of the adapter when you need to have your iPad in your hands.

I guess it can be of use, even so I was looking for a different solution, one that offered a truly rugged protection for on set use.

Something similar to what I got for my iPhone: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1104350651/taktik-premium-protection-system-for-the-iphone
