  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Music video shot on Scarlet-X completed after 3 years

Thanks! Good to hear after working on it on and off for 3 years! ;)

Thanks Samir! We tried so many looks before we settled for this one! Glad you liked it!

I remember those screenshots you posted, good to see the finished product. I like how it ended up looking.

I thought it was rather cool! Nicely lit and graded. Love the '40s girl. :-) Too bad about the ending, but, oh well. I wouldn't say that the image had a Kodachrome look, though. More Fujichrome to my eyes. Nevermind, it looked great anyway.

Oh, and it was shot on a Scarlet-X? Well, well. You don't always need the latest tools, but quality always helps. Even the RED ONE delivers amazing imagery - it was designed with quality in mind, right from the beginning. Old? Yes. Out-dated? Hardly!

Wow!! Thank you for the treat! I decided to take a moment away from work to check out your vid and was blown away!!! Great work in every way, and I love the line art characters living in three dimensions, ultimately cutting through to our realm (literally). It is a bit ironic, but the best compliment I can give you, in my opinion, is that I completely lost interest in what camera you shot it on because the world you so carefully crafted pulled me in!
