  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

If one wishes to use multiple items such as top handle, LCD and EVF (via israeli arm or the like) on the Scarlet, does getting some kind of top plate like the DSMC Tactical Top make the most sense? Price is an issue.
 
Yes, I highly recommend getting a top plate. It was very difficult to mount multiple items while I waited for it to arrive (was on backorder), and it really has made all the difference in the world having it. I have the Red Tactical Top Plate but I'm sure the Wooden Camera one is good too. It just really gives you a lot of flexibility for different configs.
 
Yes. I settled on the RED Tactical Top Plate as well. VERY worth it. Do yourself and snag a couple of Wooden Camera Safety NATO rails for mounting accessories (at least one 100mm rail on either side and a 70 or 100mm on the top)
