Hey dudes, was wondering if anyone else here has had this problem. On my scarlet I have a EVF viewfinder hooked up and for some reason I am getting these multicolored tiles instead of the camera display. I've had the problem in a RED ONE MX camera before but figured out how to turn it off through the menus. Obviously the Scarlet doesn't have the same display. So anyone know how to turn off this screen? Thanks in advance!

Do you by change have the chip chart on? In settings-> display -> test signals, make sure you're on none instead of chip chart. That sounds like what you're seeing.

Yea that sounds exactly like what I have going on. The only thing is on the Scarlet there isn't a display menu so how do I input the commands? I have the side handle but am not sure I can access those menus through it.

Try a hard factory reset - hold down the power button for about 30secs until you hear the fans come on at 100% speed (ignore fan kicking in at slower speeds before), then let go of the button.

You'll have to reset all your other settings though.

Hmm, I'm not sure how to do it without a display. Do you have any way to access the settings menu? What's your video feed going to?

[EDIT] I just read that you have an EVF. Im not sure if it works but maybe hook up your feed to an HDMI out and see if you can access menues using the circle toggle on the side handle. if not you may have to go with eric's suggestion of a hard factory reset.
