So happy with our new camera... not so much with the Zacuto's 'Stinger for Scarlet'. When the camera is set one of the knobs doesn't let you open the RedVolt door... Big issue...

Congrats on the cam!
I have the same plate from Zacuto, running v mounts but I saw that the knob blocks the redvolt door. I heard that they are doing a revision to the design to fix the problem, i'm sure they will let us exchange, I've had good expereience with their service in the past.
