Moving around in 1:1 zoom?

Is it possible to change the orientation of 1:1 zoom without moving the camera? Can't seem to find this option...

Something else I found. On AF/Spot Mode, touch the LCD to move the focus indicator box near the edge of the screen. Now, go into 1:1 mode, then exit 1:1 mode. The box is now in a new position, not where you put it before...
