i ve done a batch render of my .r3d in redcine so now i ve got a lot of "event001, event002 etc" folders with one clip in it.
so this is my stupid question is there a way on mac ( script or little utility ) to move all the files inside those "event" folders to one big folder. so i have all my clips in one folder ? i m doing it manually and its time and brain consuming.

thx :)

Use spotlight.
Just search for .mov from the enclosing folder, then drag to a new folder

Use the following (or similar) in a terminal window:

find NAME_OF_SRC_DIR -iname "*.r3d" -exec mv {} NAME_OF_DEST_DIR \;
