Move Epic & Scarlet threads in respective forums!

[Lewis-M Soucy]

Please... This is Red1 forum and some of us want to talk about a camera that exists and that we just got... Thanks... There's a new thread about every second here about "will Scarlet be waterproof?" or "will Epic come with a fridge?"... Red1 issues and questions still need to be adressed and they get drowned in the hype! Don't mean to be a party killer, but it's getting worse and worse...
:help:

I'd like too, but the energy is pretty high here and the few posts that have been moved just result in identical new threads popping up here. Besides, it seems that most discussions are talking about both camera "brains"... Oh, what to do... It will calm down here in a day or so I think.

I can imagine, don't get me wrong, I'm all excited too, but I miss the good ol' Red support spirit and the Red1 issues and questions are always very informative and important on a daily basis... We have all the time to get the Scarlet and Epic proper release infos from Jim and Red Team... And they have a forum of their own. If we let this happen, this whole place will become a bag of knots! :waaa:

The problem is with Scarlet so identical to the RED One then its not an inferior product for poor folks that needs to be on ScarletUser.com... the RED One is basically dead. Our little heaven has been invaded by lowly barbarians crying death to the RED One and its bourgeoisie users. Its kind of funny that its reminiscent of our own attitudes to real cinematographers that shoot on film.

I'm all in favor of an owners forum.
