SOLVED
I figured out the issue was caused my a setting in my menu.

Has anyone had issues with the Movcam Hot Swap module?
I place 3 ohmash brand IMR 18650 2600mah 3.7v 40A batteries into the module correctly. After attaching the module to the Scarlet W brain, and the vmount base I/O expander to the Hot Swap module I started up the camera. The camera would shut itself down after 15 seconds. It did this consistently on trying to start the camera. Please advise if this is a battery issue in the module, as the camera worked fine with the module installed without any 18650's in it.
