Mounting an external monitor to a RED Scarlet setup?

I have a RED Scarlet setup, with just a WC side handle on it. I have the REDPro Touch Screen 5" mounted on the wide handle, but I'm also wanting to mount another 7" External Monitor (Lilliput) to the top of the camera.

What parts do I need to purchase to enable this? I am open to additional cheese plates, or even top mounted rods if one works better than the other - thanks!

If you're trying to keep your costs down, I've been using the 15mm rod clamp version of this:
