When it comes to mounting, I always prefer to be tight and lightweight contra having options of moving attachments around. I like to have my viewfinder setup as compact and light as possible. I don't care if I cant get it to point 72 degrees to the right, while tiltig 3 degrees upwards, for that one macro shot. I want it close to the camera body, and with only one axis to turn. As long as it doesn't twist and turn everytime i pack the camera down.

Now I´m looking into getting my Scarlet into an ENG configuration. I have a blimb with a Sennheiser microphone. What options are you using to mount a blimb as close, and as sturdy as possible to the camera body? Something that doesn't move everytime I pack the camera down in a camerabag. Something that doesn't twist and turn. Not on a magic-arm. Something as tight as if it was gaffed to the body :)

I have the Woodencamera Easy plate with Wooden's EVF mount and Wooden's handle I´m thinking of getting myself the full Top Plate from wooden. Any ideas for this?
