All,
happy that I managed to select stills from a R3D, got them into my project, and exported the project, yielding individual image files.
Now I wish to take a next step.
How can I select a still every 5 minutes from a R3D, get them into my project, and export?
Kind regards,
Marcel

Hi Marcel, maybe you could set a marker on your R3D timeline every 5 mins, then in the 'Export' settings go to 'Frames' and select 'Export Markers Only' ?

Thanks Les, that works fine!
What I am still looking for is a way to set the markers automatically (now I am doing it manually by pressing M to put markers on the timeline).
Any suggestions?

Karim, thanks. Your reply involves files that have already been made. My question involves the step of preparing the files (exporting from RedCine-x) at predefined times.

I would very much welcome suggestions how to automate this.
In case my question needs to be rephrased, or better suits another place in the Reduser forum, pls let me know.
Thanks!
Marcel

I don't know how you would automate it Marcel.

There are in-camera modes that allow the capturing of single frames though, if you don't need to record the subject in normal motion.

Maybe try one of these recording modes -

Menu>Settings>Recording>Mode>Internal Timelapse Timer

or

Menu>Settings>Recording>Mode>Frame Trigger
