Anybody here do this with samples?

My thoughts:

- I've experiment w/ Cinestill and it looks pretty good: http://www.cinestillfilm.com/

- I also just purchased a 250 film back for a Nikon F3. Will experiment with sending off 33 ft. rolls to FotoKem for processing. <- This turns out to be really economical for me since I can scan myself. The camera at this point is huge though

- There's also the option of mixing your own ECN-2 solution or cross processing in C-41 (you also have to remove the Remjet layer)

Many many years ago.. I did all of that, cross processing Reversal film to C41. Not sure if there is really any advantage to shooting Cine film verses bulk loading regular stills stock.

I did this many years ago. It was how I learned the subtleties of motion picture stock without having to roll film. I got 35mm short-ends from my buddies working on sets and bulk loaded them into cassettes myself. Film processing was done by a RGB Labs in Hollywood, CA. Many early film and lighting tests were shot this way. Ah the old days...
