  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Motion Mounts large enough for 8K?

Just wondering if the present Motion mounts will end up working on the Weapon when it is updated to 8K. Seems like the glass in the MM is as large as FF but Im not sure.
Anyone have the specs on the glass size inside the Motion Mounts?
 
In a separate thread Jarred has more or less confirmed that even the new Mg PL mount shipping with Weapon will likely not cover the 8k sensor; I took that as meaning all current Epic/Dragon mounts will have coverage issues on the VV 8k.

So I'd hazard a guess that existing motion mounts will also present problems for the 8k sensor and 8k specific MM may be in the works.
