When I ordered motion mount I thought there will be options to enable and disable IR filter and linear polariser
but it's not there and with dragon new olpf I can feel the colour shift and the polarizer makes all the blacks go very deeper in interiors or low lit even though I know motion mount is not recommended for low lit interiors coz of the ND factor ... Is there any solution to disable IR and polarizer when it's not required

The glass element containing the IR & Linear Polarizer can NOT be removed, it is a Permanent element of the Motion Mount.

There is a MINIMUM of 1/3 ND because of this that also can NOT be removed, for this the loss of light (STOP), but as pointed out earlier Andreas, you can add a 1/4 Wave Filter, either 138mm (my favorite) or a 4x5.65 if using Panavise Industry standard Matte Box, this should be always the last filter form the lens, first to be hit by light on the Matte Box.

And it does not make you loose additional light (STOP) but it does make your Linear Polarizer inside the MM a Circular Polarizer, allowing the control of surface reflections etc.

I don't know were the color shift comes from, as it can literally come form any were, starting form the type of filters used, including some ND's and or from the Lens it self.

is it true that the motion mount cannot be used with HDRX at the same time?

No, you can not use HDRX with the Motion Mount.

Can I ask, do you rate the motion mount? Would you recommend it? I'm thinking about buying one. Thanks..
