More questions about Scarlet

Hello Redusers!
Answer a questions for me please:

1. Can I drop data from the camera to the PC without Redstation? I mean via USB or FireWire cable.
2. Can I fast review of the last recorded clip? I mean press the button and view the last recorded clip.
3. Can I fast delete the last recorded clip? I mean press a button than second button to confirm deletion.
4. Can I review of my clips on the Redmag via the camera?
5. Can I delete the group of selected clips from the camera's menu?
6. This is the cooler related question. How should I use the camera in the dusty enviroment to avoid the overheat and avoid the dust?
7. Can I use the camera in rainy weather or in very foggy weather? I mean high humidity here. Need I to cover the cooler's holes with something to protect camera from the humidity?
8. Can I get the camera overheated? What happens than? Is it safely shuts down? Is it warn me before doing that?
9. Any troubles with popped out SSD anyone? Can you push it casually? What happens than?
10. Are anyone have dead sensor's pixels? Why it occures? How to deal correctly with the sunset's timelapse to not burn out the camera's sensor?
11. Can anybody post or link me to the Scarlet's footage with Global Shutter issue demonstrated?
12. Is the DSMC sidehandle clamped to the body solidly?

Dust. You can use it like any other camera in that environment. Just use canned air at the end of each day through the intake fan, once you have sealed the mount.

8. Y. It warns you before shutting down and then shuts down. You have to do a lot of things to overheat the camera.

9. SSD is snug. Need to insert gently doe not need a good shove. Media must be ejected in the menu before removing.

10. I have not seen it. Limit the amount of time filming the sun and use nd and expose properly.

I shall answer the only unanswered question since all the other answered are perfect.

12: The side handle is rock solid. When screwed on I have held the camera by it in between shots with a monitor on top, battery, and other accessories attached, I never felt like it was weak or was nervous that it would detach and send my camera towards the floor. However, its not a permanently attached item so I wouldn't trust it with a huge rig with a big lens, matebox, large battery, recorder, etc. even though it would probably hold.

I second the Side Handle.
It feels so good in my hands no matter what Im bolting on to my Scarlet

I wanted to add I shoot w/o a sidehandle just fine. v mount batteries last a long long time, and the dsmc belt clip is cheap. you should at least consider going that route. not to say you cant get other handles on the camera, say the sliding top handle for instance (which i am ordering soon myself)

I second the side handle: with its functionality, it allows me to handle much of the camera control without needing to use the LCD as a touch screen.
