Monstro - Why So Many Low Hour Cameras?

Okay, there's a good number of low hours Monstro cameras out there, one I saw has just a little over 7 hours of use. What gives? Was Monstro not used all that much? Unlike other RED cameras that typically have at least 1,000 hours of use, why is the Monstro so untouched? For being the top end and most expensive DSMC2 RED camera, it just seems odd that there would be so many virtually brand new cameras out there.
 
Ours has 1000s of hours and still going strong… amazing camera fantastic picture

If your sales talking from private individuals I suspect it is simply the cameras that where acquired for projects that, for what ever the reason, didn’t get made. They won’t be DoP’s cameras.
