  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

up untill a few years ago, I was a civilian military contracter who worked with student pilots on a naval aviation training base, in an academic capacity. But a few years ago my grandmother had to go on kidney dialysis and I had to take her 3 days a week for almost 8 years until she passed away almost a year ago. I came here about a year and a half ago to see if I still had the artistic creative skills I believe I always had. 1-3-5 years, I don't really know Zeb, I got a few members of my family with health problems so I don't know If I will do anything in the film industry or not, I would like to maybe one day . I believe I still have my military security clearance or can get it again so I don't know if I will go back to being a military civilian contractor or something else entirely.

And noise levels at 6400ISO is not even a thing even though things look pretty much black at 800ISO.

Thanks for this files. Several years ago I found when testing the Dragon extensively that it actually had less noise and better color rendering with incandescent lighting than 5600K. Not sure if that still the case

I see what you mean. I was seeing a low-lit, moody, Brando as Col.Kurtz in 'Apocalypse Now' kind of thing myself - dude looked like an old-school 1950's actor to me.

This scene was kicking my ass, having some computer problems with redcinex now. I think my computer updated in the background to the same version of windows I tried to keep it from updating to. I exported this out before it crashed. I was working on removing some more of the green but I guess I will let someone else try until I can figure out whats going on with redcine.

I'm wondering if the multi-coloured noise in the underexposed areas is related to how adjustable the colours are in general.

I remember it was a bit of a 'thing' a while back how colour information was being lost with underexposure.

It's been my experience that RED's underexposed areas have always been a rainbow of noise. Never found out why. I get the fact that noise will occur - why does it have to be Chroma based?

I can see that now. Robert Mapplethorp a photographer/visual artist had a lot demons. I can appreciate him as an artist , but would never want any of his works hanging on any wall of mine.

Actually an interesting Bio he has - it's a real look inside the Art Dealer Star Making Machine. Look up Sam Wagstaff to get the complete story. There would be no Robert Mapplethorpe without him.

She's a girl for sure. A Pilot buddy of mine a while back sent me a video of my avatar, apparently she has a website, it's in the bottom left corner of the video. I leave it up to you to see the content of that site . I always thought she was just some random goth model, after seeing the website, I was thinking of using another avatar because I really didn't want to be associated with that type shit. But since I'm known by that avatar, I decided not to change it at least for now.

Now I was a goth myself back in the day. I know a lot girls like her. I Love goth music, cybergoth, death metal, speed metal, darkwave, shoegazer, ethereal noise, damnbient...etc. But there was some satanic references on the site that I wanted nothing at all to do with. Get rid of that shit!
