Monstro EVF turns with Black Knob so I can't tighten or loosen

I'm having a problem on a fairly new Red Monstro. I can't loosen or tighten the EVF. Once I mount the EVF and tighten the red knob to the EVF and then mount to camera brain, then turn the black knob, it just turns the entire EVF. I can certainly understand why it is doing this because when you take off the evf from the mount, the pin that goes into the evf mount turns with the black knob. If it wasn't turning, the evf would stay in place. So Im confused.

When you mount the EVF and turn the black knob, does the locking pin engage with the mount’s slot, or is it spinning freely? I’m wondering if this could be a loose set screw inside the EVF mount or maybe an issue with the mount itself.
