Monkey Extract now suppots Avid XML and EDL

Just a quick update, Monkey Extract can now create a render list from Avid Filmscribe XML, as well as EDL.

This allows more complex cuts to be rendered - multiple tracks, etc.

We've also improved the parser for the trickier edits such as speed ramps.

PS Would it be possible to have a render queue... Reason: I often have different RSX informed renders needed for the same project.. This way I can split the TL into the different types of extraction (RSX driven) I need... but ultimately still render it all at once

PPS when is he ALE export coming? I can almost feel it ;-)
