Monitoring on the Scarlet

Greetings all,

Does anyone know if it's possible to navigate the menus in the Scarlet with our own HD monitor and the DSMC hand grip? Or is the touch screen an absolute must-have?

Do not need touch screen if you have side handle, it requires one of those two to be operated...I believe.
