Hi guys,
I've searched the forum, but didn't find much in the way of what information I'm seeking, so I figured I'd ask...

I'm a Scarlet-W owner looking for a versatile monitor. First off, I'd like a monitor that I can use with my Scarlet for more accurate exposure. I heavily utilize waveform to gauge exposure. I know how to use the RED exposure tools, but for me, waveform is a must.

Secondly, I often 1st AC and I'd like to use this same monitor to pull focus. Something that makes it easy to make sure you are tack sharp.

Thirdly, I often operate with a director that wants to see what I'm capturing. I'd love to give them this monitor when we are filming B Roll in a run and gun situation.

I've used SmallHD monitors, TVLogic monitors, and recently someone gave me a Odyssey 7Q+ to pull off of.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what the best monitor would be for my needs? Anything newish that you are excited about or a tried and true that you swear by?

Thanks in advance.

A smallHD 7xx is a solid bet, provided that you are judging exposure off of the scopes and never from the picture itself.
