Monitor Extension Arm?

I'm embarrassed to ask this out loud but I'm having the damnedest time finding info on this... what kind of 'monitor arm' are you guys using as a way to mount your monitors on the side, basically lower so we're not craning our necks to see it on the top, especially since I want to mount a reference audio mic there. I have the vertical bars with the 1/4 and 3/8 holes... just need the best option to pop in there.

Bob, thanks for the reply. I'm checking their site... from what I'm seeing, their articulating arms, it seems like they're mainly 'one' screw... then I put a cheeseplate on that? Then the two screw 5.0 monitor? Is that how you're rigging yours?
