Just a heads up since the US Independence Day holiday falls on a Sunday, it is observed in the US on Monday, July 5. So, RED will be closed that day and normal hours of operation will resume on July 6. Of course, tech support is available 24/7 - regardless of holidays.

Brent, Independence Day is celebrated on July 4th, not Monday, July 5th as you stated above. There was a time, not too long ago, that when the 4th fell on a Sunday, tough. That was the only day off. Then the economists came up with the idea of making it a three day weekend if the holiday fell on a week-end, allowing people more time to spend on gas and leisure travel. This was in the early 1960's when gas was still < 60 cents a gal, businesses were closed on Sundays and only open half day on Saturdays.
