I don't think it's a matter of underestimating demand at all. I think it's a case of demand exceeding production capacity. RED is building everything as fast as they possibly can, while working on increasing their manufacturing capabilities. Every business experiences growing pains when they ramp up production and RED is no exception. Let's cut them a little slack!

I know you don't mean to keep us in the dark, RED. I'd greatly appreciate it if we could also get some detailed information on the Pro I/O module. I am almost certain that I'm going to want it, but I need to know exactly what I'm buying into with this module before I can put down a deposit on it before the price goes up after Dec 31st. I hope this isn't asking too much.

how is it that redmotes and side handles are going out of order?

for some reason I thought that people's original order dates/ order dates of epicXs etc was what everything was going by...


so we have people who have redmotes and side handles and Canon mounts without cameras... and we have people with cameras, without the redmote/side handles/ canon mounts etc right?

maybe we all can create some kind of syncing effort to adjust everything...

is this a big problem? or just a few that are out of sync? seems like there are lots of people waiting for their missing parts for their epicX packages.

I would say its a problem Mike...yes people without EPICs are sitting accessories and people with them are waiting for them. RED says they are to be out of back order this month.
