Misleading Epic ship time.. still waiting

I ordered my Epic X package on Nov 9th and it still hasn't shipped!! It will be 4 weeks in 2 days.

My rep has been excellent in communication and all, but seems like he also doesn't know for sure when the camera will be ready for shipping..

I got all the accessories and everything, but no body..

I wish the estimated time of 2-3 weeks was accurate, I have a shoot coming up soon and I really hope I don't have to rent a body for that day when I just paid for one..

The company has its hands full with so many shipments, but the order should be shipped in the promised time when payment and everything has been cleared..

Ayan, understand your frustration. We did get hit with a landslide of orders at the same time we were updating our entire order processing backend system. So, there has been a few hiccups there we have had to sort while continuing to process orders. I have asked our BOMB SQUAD managers to look into your particular order to see if they have any more info for you.

I just got a call from my rep saying that they allocated the camera for me and it will ship next week...

Hopefully that means monday and not friday next week...
