Miser lights

Just for fun I started watching this:

and they mention Miser lights, which, admittedly, I've never heard of. I tried doing a search on reduser as well as Google but I'm not sure if the information I'm finding is referring to the same lights. Apparently they were used quite a bit as kicker and rim lights.

Does anyone know or have any more information on what these Miser lights that these DPs are using are?

That's what I found too - those GE ones look like household bulbs though. The DVD I'm watching shows the cinematographers using Miser lights along with Arri 800s, 5K and 18K Pars. They don't specifically show the light though, just a 3D mockup of the lighting setups.

They’re actually spelt “Mizar” and it was the lamp type, not so much a brand.
