Miniprime questions

First and foremost, I was wondering if the front of the miniprimes were threaded and if they are, what is the size. I can't tell by looking at the pictures and I need to find out if I can use step up rings and circular filters.

Second question, I was wondering if I could find out the conversion factor for determining the miniprime focal lengths in either S35 of FF35 terms (basically, what would I multiply the miniprime focal length by in order to find our what it would be in 35mm terms.)

I think if you divide the horizontal width of the one sensor (or section of the sensor being used for capture) by the other then you get your factor for determining the resultant field of view; the focal length stays the same.
