Minimag won’t load or mount to camera after bumping the reader

So on our last card download of the night, a careless person bumped the reader and it just ejected from the laptop, didnt think much of it. We connected everything again and continued to download, the same guy bumped it again and now I can’t get it to show up on the laptop, tried another cable (using usb3 flat crappy connector) tried resetting, even another laptop and nothing.
Tried putting it back on the Gemini, just to look at the clips and it won’t load it either. Stayed a long time on the loading screen just to fail. Freaking out a little and wondering if anyone has had his issue, i need the clips on the mag. Tried my other one and it loads perfectly.

Andres, I would try leaving it in the Camera or Reader for a long time. It might be in some sort of recovery state and the device is trying to sort it out before it loads.

If the issue still persists, I would send it to RED to see if they can recover it.
