I need help recovering R3D's on location filming a doc.

512 minimag using Epic-W. Card mounts to my MacPro Trashcan but in Finder and in RedCineX the mags name appears as strange characters rather than the file name from camera. At a loss. Will RedUndead help? I have never used it but I have some gold on the mag I'd rather not lose. Thanks for you help!
 
Don't know what caused it. The characters looked just like what you see in a log file. Good news is Red Undead is amazing and I recovered the files. Hell yeah.
