  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Mind blowing 3D

People need to get reminded of what 3D is. Otherwise there will be chaos in the cinemas with people thinking things will come out of the screen to get them.

It's good that the trailers remind people that it's just 3D, nothing to be scared about.

When people know that 3D is casual, they can write the real deal... "coming to theatres with a whole new ticket pricetag" oh, probably bad marketing...
Maybe "coming to theatres in eye-popping motion" or just "will be released"

Pants Jizzing 3D

LMAO! I remember thinking the EXACT same thing at one time.

Personally, I kind of like 3d, but it shouldn't be a marketing gimmick. Isn't this the same sort of thing that happened when COLOR first came to the big screen? It was gimmicky at first, and directors didn't know how to use it...

'Coming in 3D' and it's many varieties is just bad marketing (yes, I said bad marketing - the audience does get sick of hearing "3D" in every trailer and it gets to a point where it isn't selling your movie but instead turning people off).

The worst example I've seen to date is Resident Evil Afterlife. Not as in worst-3d-I've-ever-seen but as in most-overtly-marketed-3d-ever. For god's sake, when you put the actual camera you used into your trailer as a marketing gimmick then your in deep-shit story wise. And you know it.
What's next? 'Shot in 35mm'? Gimme a break...:nonod:
