I imagine you must be all set up and ready to go, but if this was not to be the case and you are doing something which I have done more then once, booking a Hotel room, and then find a place to rent or buy, well then if you were to need hospitality for a wile, I do have an extra room in my house that I could offer you till you get settle in to your own place.
