To answer some questions-

This is a working plane- it's part of Air USA's Dissimilar Aircraft fleet. This is not a hot rod/rich guy plane. These guys help American defense sharpen their knives. Not for air shows or 'fly a MiG' stuff. We've flown before in Alpha Jets (4 G's +) with them with good results. In the L-59 chase we had Canon 7D. In the 29 we had 2 GoPros. Two RED ONEs on the ground and another 7D crash cam.

Paul,

at the moment forget 7D because GH2 is far better before Scarlet ship as a small crash camera.

If you know what you are doing when shooting and later also in post from GH2 footage you get S16mm quality straight out of that 1000 bucks small camera.
