Michael, are you still alive?

After sending numerous requests to Michael via RMA at red regarding the whereabouts of our 18-50 I am still none the wiser. What gives? If the lens has been lost, or the parts are on backorder or whatever, can it be so hard to contact me? :angry:

Could Michael or someone else from Red PLEASE tell me where the lens is and how long I must wait for it to be returned? Just tell me! This is a serious blemish on the supposedly great Red service record.
