There are 15 of them. 5 on the top back and 5 on the lower back and the best part, 5 below on the bottom of the plate.

Here is a better picture of our D-plate with those 1/4-20" threaded screw holes. Lots of mounting options.

I noticed that the power cable comes out of the bottom on Viewfactor's AB version and also the one QRC Gold Mount, but on the MG1 version it comes out the side.. I feel like this is going to interferre with the side handle usage.. especially the gripping of the side handle.. anybody have any feedback on this?

Just got the MG1 plate this week, I haven't had any issues with it, and the way the cable loops, it just makes a corkscrew under the plate and battery so it's out of the way.
