Metafuze render some mxf that avid dont load

Hi all, i have experienced some troubles rendering MXF DNxHD 1080 from several disks.
The rare thing is that there are just a few clips, sometimes entire days sometimes only a few clips in the middle of the day. The fact is that some mxf cant be loaded into the avid suite. I dont have an avid to test the files. so i only receive reports from editorial house.

They try itself with metafuze and the original raw and doesn't work. All files are transcoded with the same parameters.

Do you have any clue regarding what could be the differece?
Did someone experienced something similar?

the same with two different projects. 4k 29.97p and 4kHD 25p. build 20 release.
we check the paths (in / out) and seems to have no problems with spaces or bad characters.

We would need a sample file that doesn't load in order to really see what is going on. Do the files have audio? Are you loading in a film project or not? MetaFuze is not on the latest RED SDK so that may be an issue.

Hi Michael. Tahnk you for your response. I can send you a sample r3d file... where? also when you mention film project are you talking about 24p? if this is the question the answer is not. one project is25p and the other is 23.98
