can I use the metacheat software to go to an avid mac and then export, in any way, to a pc avid and go the same way back to work online on final cut?

With metacheater you'll get an .ALE file that you'll import into you avid, mac or pc. Then you'll batch import your files into your avid.
You should be able to open an Avid Mac project on a PC witohout any trouble, same from Avid PC to Avid Mac. No export needed, just try to open your project.
Going to FCP is more complicated, as far as I know the only way (other than EDL or so) is using a software called "Automatic duck".

But that's not cheap... around 500 bucks...
