We made this one on our RED #476 "Mother" for our client, who needed a Norwegian touch to end a converted international commercial.

We rigged our RED in the back of our truck with the RED 18-50mm lens, and a monitor up front (camera unmanned - but carefully placed), and drove around during rush-hour - and look what we got ;-)

Our client was very happy and so were we!

It´s been all over norwegian TV the last few weeks.

(the image supplied was futher color corrected to match the original footage)

Nice Eirik! With that much motion and contrast, did you stuggle with any studder effects? Any changes to shutter speeds needed etc? Just curious.

what's going on on the right side... is that from a matte box or is that something funky with the sensor?

Actaly part of the car we were filming from, the image was shot to be 16:9, the featured version is the 2:1 original used for a printout to show off the images produced by the RED.

No, the car itself was quite consistently placed in center of the frame so no big problems with that.
