  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

May Update... The month of Raven

Granted I'm pretty new to the red community but this is the longest I've seen Brent and Jarred go silent since I've started checking this forum. Must be hard at work

Just shot a music video on the epic dragon! An incredible machine...cannot wait to get my hands on my scarlet weapon now excited to see that allocation email. It's my birthday this month give me one never to forget Red.

I know you guys are working like crazy and making incredible cameras for us. I can be patient. I'm just really curious of the ballpark. With a Jan. 1st time stamp, is June too ambitious? July?.....August?
I know there are probably a TON more Ravens than Scarlet-Ws, but I have my fingers crossed that I can have some fun with that beautiful 5K RED Dragon footage before summer's end.

Hope Jarred gives us a peek into that crystal ball tomorrow.

WMg allocated, postponed by bomb squad

Hi Jarred, Brent - I had my WMg upgrade allocated since March, but the great thing for me was that meanwhile I had 2 feature films in production so I could not send it.

I have a trip to the UK (middle of June) so I can drop-off the camera, but my bomb squad rep just informed me that there is no estimated date for processing the upgrade and it might be a long time until it gets processed so it's better to keep it with me rather than risk a long period without camera.

When do you say is best to send it?

Waiting for June-Update. I have my Weapon MG upgrade allocated since February. Now I am ready to jump on Weapon.
