What do you think is the best solution for Mattebox/Follow focus with red equippd with a ZF set? (With best solution i mean a good compromise quality/price)

I don't know about best solution, but I've been 100% happy with my RedRock Micro mattebox and follow focus. I've had the follow focus for years, and it's beat up. But it works well, and is smooth enough. All I had to buy to make it work was the 15mm adapter and a universal mount from Red.

The ZF series focus in the reverse direction of cine lenses so you need a follow focus unit that is reversable.
