Massive scam (looks like) going on now on ebay.

[Larry Gebhardt]

I've been following these for about an hour.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Zeiss-Vario-Son...ilm_Cameras&hash=item519685c8da#ht_2826wt_993

20 or so Zeiss 35mm PL mt. zooms 22-154mm, 30 or so Sony EX1s, Leica 800mm F5.6s (several), etc, etc. Everything $2000 USD as Buy It Now items. If you go into the "other items" there are thousands of high end cameras, electronic items, lenses, etc. etc.

Search "pugster888" ... apparently this account has been hacked and the guy running it now is saying to email him direct to pay. The email address keeps changing. Looks to me like he has been collecting high end auction listings and repackaging them with his info onto the hacked ebay account.

Carefull! Anyone have a direct way to contact ebay? (can't get their "report auction" feature to work for me).

No one has 20 Zeiss 35mm Zooms for sale.
