This film is a really interesting one. Shot partially on R1MX by Aram Bauman, and myself in segments over the course of 4 years.
This is the bleeding edge of transmedia. Mark has been crafting a blog, Youtube channel, i phone apps, happenings, flash mobs, graffitti, stickers, tags and secret symbols all around NY for years surrounding this project. Creating in reality, his fictional cults presence, though an actual documentary, about a fictional cult... yea it makes my head hurt too. It's so cool i have no words.... If you can make the screening, please do, it will be quite interesting. The path of growth, from a standard narrative film ( the R1MX part), that slowly over time, transformed into a trans media opus is fascinating and the future of cinema in my opinion.
