  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

March shipment Update - Weapon, Scarlet-W, Raven

Was just told I got allocated for my Base Expander (non V-mount) which I ordered A la carte on Dec 11. No word yet on the 4.7" touch or the SW order I made the day prior.

Wow, they're that far back on the regular Base Expander?? I just ordered one last week assuming the "usually ships in 3-5 days" was accurate. Doh! Guess i will be waiting a whole lot longer lol. I ordered a 4.7 touch on Oct. 20, and i was told by my rep that maybe in Mid-april it will arrive. But sometimes these guesses have been wrong too which tells me its just really hard even for people who work at Red to forecast exactly when a part will finally be allocated.

What the hell is going on with getting modules out!!! Are the Chinese reducing to a 12 hour work day or something. '-)

I know the V-Lock Expander was pushed back a bit due to some firmware modifications that needed to happen... but it does seem strange that the estimated ship dates are so far off on the other items, given that they just updated their website to the new date range not very long ago.
 
I am DPing a doc on Dave Mirra w/ Ryan Nyquist this week. Was hoping to use the scarlet-w for it but have to keep going with the Sony F55 until. Can't wait to get off the Sony boat... Thanks for what looks like an amazing camera Jarred and company! Crossing fingers for that allocation.
