Hullo red community.
Simple question but does anyone know how to map the Redmote wheel (clockwise & Counter clockwise) to canon AF for near & far focus?

I've done it before but I've forgotten how I did it.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Got it. On the new beta, keys - then advanced controls seems to be the easier way to assign the controls. Near & far focus works pretty well but if you're wide open on a lens, the stepping is pretty bad though shooting outside during the day at say f5.6, the stepping is not so noticeable if your subject matter is very close to the lens.

Shot using the newly beta-supported sigma 18-35 yesterday and the AF & iris all worked with the redmote. Great lens. So sharp wide open.

cheers,

Did it a year ago. I think all I did was move the cursor to select the field on the redmote that gave the distance, clicked on it to select it and start turning.

Yep, no need to map keys, the REDMOTE can do this for a loooong time without customization.
