Looks like the upcoming SNL film "Macgruber" was shot on the RED Camera... although the only thing I've seen about it was a small mention on this site:

(LINK)

"When Writer/Director Jorma Taccone took the feature production MacGruber to New Mexico, he also brought postproduction with him. Technicolor Creative Bridge sent its Mobile Digital Lab and Theater (MDLT) to the location outfitted with several Apple Final Cut Pro stations for RED ingest and editorial prep."

"[For MacGruber], we’re making them Apple TV content for remote production viewing, projecting the RED output so the DP and director can see it on a six-foot-wide screen rather than a tiny monitor,” says Technicolor Creative Bridge VP/General Manager Brian Gaffney."

apple tv content? that's an odd choice for localized distribution for the crew. at least i'm assuming that's what they mean.

This topic could be moved to the "Shooting RED--->SHOT ON RED".

PV ultra and super speeds

PV ultra and super speeds

I worked at Panavision in the 80's
The z series was Zeiss, the rest was mix of Nikon, Canon, Minolta, etc. Absolute nightmare to match...
The Zooms were Cooke and Angie rehoused. Pre-HP- HR pretty bad on the Angie part.
Oh how far we have come.....
