Mac Finance Software Recommendations?

Just looking for advice on what people have found to be the best software/app for Mac in terms of finances. I've been keeping spreadsheets for some time now, but think I'd like to try software.

I do both freelance and small business (sole proprietor) work - mostly just need to keep easier track of my expenses + label them, as well as prep invoices + 1099s.

Anyone out there have fantastic success with something?!

We use something called Account Edge, it used to be called MYOB I'm not sure if there is a USA version.

I strongly recommend mend something that has more features then needed at the moment, it might take more time and effort to set up initially, but if it's a good package it will save you a lot of time in the long run.
