Lunar New Year in Chinatown (NYC) / Helium + 35mm CP.2

So I'm new to New York City and Chinatown has quickly become one of my favorite places. Lunar New Year was this past week (Feb 5th, 2019) and from the photos and footage I'd seen from years past I knew to be in Chinatown that day with a camera in hand.
